Children’s Sleeping Issues & Bedtime Battles – Proven Strategies, Quick Results

Children’s sleeping & bedtime battles can be very varied, hugely frustrating, and extremely exhausting – for everyone.  Here’s a list of some of the more common issues I see:

Children refusing to sleep in their own bed.
Parents needing to lie with their child
Parents needing to go to sleep at the same time as their child
Children waking and coming into the parent/s bed
Children waking in the middle of the night to raid the pantry/play X-Box
Children waking at some ungodly hour and waking everyone else up
Children having lengthy rituals and routines before going to bed
Children repeatedly coming out/calling out/screaming out

If you’re suffering any or all of the above, and you’re too exhausted to try all the standard treatment approaches which usually involve you going to great lengths to get your child to sleep in their own bed, please feel free to get in touch via the Contact page or book an Appointment to discuss everything in detail.  It’s amazing how quickly a child can get use to sleeping in their own bed without any fuss, and it usually only takes a few sessions.
